I chose Ed because he was not the highest bid nor the lowest bid, but seemed to be about medium high in price. Also because before I made my decision, I sent out several emails and Ed was the only one that answered my emails. That played a huge part in my decision. Now for his painting crew, I cannot say anything but excellent workers that kept me posted on what they were going to try to get done each day depending on weather.
